Always and Forever, Lara Jean Review

It's officially Lara Jean's senior year and that comes with a lot of fun events: the senior class trip, prom, post-graduation Beach Week, and her dad's wedding. After these things, she will be going to her dream college with Peter where she will be close enough to home to visit on the weekends. Well, Lara Jean's life gets thrown off course when she gets an unfortunate piece of news. Now she must figure out a new life plan, but her heart and her head are saying polar opposite things.      Keep in mind that everyone has their own opinion. This review is only  my opinion , and you may have your own, different one. I would take into consideration what I say, but do not make a decision about the book solely based off of this review. Let's begin:     This will be a fairly short review as I do not have much to say. Everything from my past two reviews still stands with the exception of one criticism that I did not have previously.     Sadly,...

P.S. I Still Love You Review

Lara Jean has actually fallen for Peter Kavinsky. They were just supposed to be pretending. Well, up until they point they weren't anymore. Lara Jean has never had a real relationship before, and they can be confusing. When you add on one of her past crushes reentering her life, things get even more complicated. She realizes that her old feelings are stirring. Is it possible that she is in love with both boys at once?        Keep in mind that everyone has their own opinion. This review is only  my opinion , and you may have your own, different one. I would take into consideration what I say, but do not make a decision about the book solely based off of this review. Let's begin:     Once again, the characters are what made this book feel different and special. They are all very enjoyable and well written. Perhaps most importantly, they still feel real. I mentioned this when reviewing the first book, and I am pleased to be able to say it ag...

To All The Boys I've Loved Before Review

Lara Jean has always kept her crushes a secret. That is, except for her letters hidden in a box under her bed in which she expressed her feelings then sealed them away forever. One day, she discovers that her letters were somehow mailed out. All of the boys ranging from her first kiss to a summer camp crush to her sister's ex-boyfriend received their letters in the mail. Now she has to confront them all, or maybe the impromptu plan she accidentally started will help her out? As she deals with this new precarious position, she finds out that something good may just come out of her mess.      Keep in mind that everyone has their own opinion. This review is only  my opinion , and you may have your own, different one. I would take into consideration what I say, but do not make a decision about the book solely based off of this review. Let's begin:     I did things a bit backwards with this series. I started out by watching the Netflix movies...

The Inferno Review

The Inferno follows Dante on the start of his journey to get back to his love, Beatrice. It is the first canticle in the Divine Comedy which consists of The Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso. In this canticle, Dante must travel through the nine circles of Hell with his guide, Virgil, and renounce sin.      Keep in mind that everyone has their own opinion. This review is only  my opinion , and you may have your own, different one. I would take into consideration what I say, but do not make a decision about the book solely based off of this review. Let's begin:     I was required to read this book for my English class, and I think it is the first book I was forced to read that I was genuinely excited about and that I ended up actually liking (sorry to all the fans of The Great Gatsby ). My teacher from last year discussed it even though she was not supposed to at the time. I am not sure if her excitement over it was contagious or if...

Cadet-in-Training Review

Kate Connelly is officially part of The Academy after she wakes up handcuffed in its psyche ward and Ranger is charged with training her. But how is she supposed to submit to the guy who dragged her and her little brother there against their will and perform for the academy she despises? The two have to work together though. Ranger is off of Missions until Kate graduates the CIT program, and if she does not do this swiftly, she will no longer be allowed to see Mikey. General Weston decides to give Ranger a new recon assignment, but only on the condition that Kate goes too. While on this mission, Ranger realizes that he has started to care for Kate, but he is determined that he won't fall onto the same path his father did. She seems to care for him as well, but she still harbors feelings for the missing Pete. All of this must be set aside, though, so they can focus on surviving their mission. The Academy has set her path for her. She will go to Missions, but will she ...
